About the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure seamless communication between partners and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Regularly attend industry events and networking events.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
