About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI use cases across company functions, translating business needs into clear solution ideas.
Design and build AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and workflow automation.
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect AI solutions to trusted enterprise data and enable scalable use through Azure Databricks capabilities.
Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business value, technical feasibility and user experience before moving solutions closer to production.
Support change management and user adoption, helping stakeholders understand, test and successfully use new AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in Generative AI solution design, prompt engineering and LLM application development.
Confident working with Python, AI agents and workflow automation tools as well as modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
Enjoy turning complex business processes into practical AI solutions and feel comfortable facilitating conversations with different stakeholders.
Care about building AI solutions that are useful, reliable and adopted by real users — not just impressive in a demo.
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
