About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions that support our core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash & Bank Management.
Build custom integrations, services, Data Entities, workflows and business events, enabling seamless connectivity across our enterprise systems and supporting business growth.
Drive continuous improvement by developing high-quality reports, Electronic Reporting (ER) solutions and automated financial processes while optimising system performance.
Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, CI/CD, release management and the application of Microsoft development best practices.
Partner with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers and business stakeholders throughout the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through to production deployment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with expert knowledge of X++ and the Finance modules.
You are confident building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), Business Events or Dual-write.
You enjoy designing clean, scalable and maintainable ERP solutions and are passionate about improving engineering quality through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
You are happy working in a remote-first environment within Germany and enjoy coming together with your colleagues through monthly collaboration days in our Cologne office.
