Working Student – IT Transformation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the IT Transformation department in planning, executing, and monitoring IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth operations and communication among team members.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
- Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Possess a strategic mindset and a strong interest in IT organizations and transformation.
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Miro and Power BI is a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Reside in or near the Cologne, Munich, or Sevenum area.
