About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles, including Engineering, Product, Data & AI, and IT Services, across multiple European locations.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers , providing guidance, running interview trainings , and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Use data-driven recruiting approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and actively shape processes, ways of working and recruiting culture
  • Explore and apply AI-driven recruiting tools and approaches , proactively testing new solutions , optimizing workflows, and making recommendations to elevate the team’s capabilities
  • Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives , participate in key business meetings , and bring your expertise into broader organizational discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on Tech Hiring in international environments
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions while working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g. Workday) as well as a strong interest in leveraging AI and new technologies in recruiting
  • Business fluent English is a must; German at business level is a strong plus
