Take full ownership of our Google Shopping & Search and Bing campaigns — from strategy to execution.
Design and optimize campaigns, monitor KPIs, and identify hidden efficiency levers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Plan, implement and independently manage Google Shopping & Search and Bing campaigns — from strategy to daily optimization.
Strategically develop and expand the paid search channel and define its long-term direction.
Full responsibility for substantial advertising budgets — you manage them as if they were your own.
Holistic optimization of the Search & Shopping portfolio: structure, bidding, audiences, feeds and ad copy.
Analyze performance data, derive insights and translate them into concrete optimization actions.
Ownership of the annual budget plan and KPI framework; present results and strategy to senior management.
Lead A/B and multivariate tests — and ensure findings are implemented.
Close collaboration with analytics, data, pricing and country management teams to ensure campaign relevance and measurement accuracy.
AI & automation: We actively encourage the use of AI tools, scripts and automation to multiply your impact. If you've developed smart workflows or experimented with LLMs in a marketing context — bring those ideas with you. We want to hear them.
