About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop and enable an interdisciplinary QA team.
Own the strategic direction and continuous development of Quality Assurance in the ePrescription (eRx) & Telematics Infrastructure (TI) environment.
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including an end-to-end approach across complex system landscapes.
Manage and advance test automation for our end-to-end ePrescription journeys.
Analyze quality metrics and derive and implement sustainable improvement measures.
Provide QA guidance and consulting for the design of new products, features and architectures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in software Quality Assurance, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
Experience leading and developing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Solid understanding of test strategies, test automation and end-to-end testing.
Experience working with regulatory requirements and standards, ideally in the eHealth or TI domain.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to capture and manage complex interdependencies in a structured way.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across multiple levels.
High level of personal responsibility, strategic thinking and the ability to proactively drive topics forward.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
