About the role

  • In this role you will design and develop data-driven projects within the Retail Media Unit.
  • You will lead data-based projects (e.g., Auction Insights) — from requirements analysis and prioritization through implementation and testing, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will translate business needs into concrete requirements for data structures, analyses and reports/dashboards — working partly within a Scrum framework.
  • You will create analyses and reports/dashboards for internal and external clients.
  • You will further develop our reporting infrastructure and ensure standardization and documentation across all markets.
  • You will develop and implement frameworks to optimize media performance measurement — e.g., attribution, uplift, engagement.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in data-driven marketing projects — ideally in media or retail environments.
  • You think analytically, have advanced Excel skills and experience with a BI tool and dashboard creation (Power BI or others such as Looker).
  • Ideally you have knowledge of AdTech (Kevel), DAX, data modeling and Jira/Scrum.
  • You communicate clearly and involve strategically and operationally relevant stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
