About the role

  • In this role you design and develop data-driven projects within the Retail Media unit.
  • You lead data-based projects (e.g., Auction Insights) – from requirements analysis and prioritization to implementation and testing in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You identify and translate business needs into concrete requirements for data structures, analyses and reports/dashboards – you will sometimes work within the Scrum framework.
  • You create analyses & reports/dashboards for internal and external clients.
  • You further develop our reporting infrastructure and ensure standardization and documentation across all markets.
  • You develop and implement frameworks for optimized measurement of media performance – e.g., attribution, uplift, engagement.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of experience in data-driven projects in the marketing field – ideally in media or retail.
  • You think analytically, are very skilled in Excel and have experience with a BI tool.
  • Ideally you have knowledge of AdTech (Kevel), Power BI / DAX / data modeling and Jira/Scrum.
  • You communicate clearly and involve strategically and operationally relevant stakeholders.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
