About the role

  • Full-cycle recruiting for commercial functions (e.g., Marketing, Category Management) across all levels, ensuring top-quality hires and strong alignment with the business.
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, design effective selection processes, and influence hiring decisions using market insights.
  • Drive data-informed recruiting by using metrics and dashboards to monitor funnel health, hiring quality, and diversity progress.
  • Implement improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance the candidate experience, and standardize best practices across teams.
  • Leverage and evolve recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, analytics tools) to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement, represent the company in the market, and build proactive pipelines for critical roles.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial or business functions (Marketing, Category Management, etc.), ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and systems (e.g., ATS, dashboards, CRM tools) to improve recruiting performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in recruiting.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
