About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives
Design scalable solutions supporting Finance systems
Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations, and end-to-end data flows
Work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments
Advise on ERP architecture and process design
Partner with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
Lead and mentor colleagues
Coordinate smaller initiatives and review deliverables
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing business processes
Identify optimization opportunities and implement best-practice ERP solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT
Deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
Experience with enterprise integrations and solution architecture
Understanding of scalable ERP solutions and long-term business goals
Confident communication in English
Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across different teams
