About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own ERP modules and strategic initiatives
Design scalable solutions supporting Finance systems
Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations, and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009
Advise on ERP architecture and process design
Partner with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables, and sharing expertise
Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
Implement best-practice ERP solutions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT
Deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
Experience with enterprise integrations and solution architecture
Ability to combine technical leadership with business understanding
Confident English communication skills
Willingness to share knowledge and work closely with colleagues across different teams
