About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance with Access Reviews and governance processes
Build script-based automation across a decentralized Microsoft Entra environment
Automate Service Principal, certificate, secret and federated credential lifecycles using Azure Key Vault
Design self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups and delegated administration
Review and optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, application permissions, Microsoft Graph permissions and OAuth consent models
Build identity monitoring and detection capabilities with Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and KQL
Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver process automation using HRIS as the identity source of truth
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams and colleagues on cloud identity governance and security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience designing and automating cloud identity solutions in complex cloud environments
Experience with Microsoft Entra, Administrative Units, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Microsoft Graph Permissions, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
Experience designing Zero Trust and Least Privilege architectures
Ability to engineer secure, scalable identity platforms
Automation, APIs, governance and secure-by-design mindset
Knowledge of Permission Misuse Detection and identity governance
Interest in emerging identity technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools
Experience or interest in Microsoft Entra Agent ID, Identity Blueprints and Microsoft 365 Agents/Copilot is a plus
Ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to colleagues and stakeholders
