About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value, and price perception.
- Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
- Provide key inputs into the development of pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Partner with Finance to ensure complete alignment on pricing strategy and the execution of these strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of work experience in retail or relevant business experience with an emphasis in the area of pricing strategy, capabilities, and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution, and analysis in a transformational environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to make recommendations that support enterprise goals.
- Experience with SQL (Postgres and Snowflake) and a Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau).
