About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the lifecycle management of our critical SaaS ecosystem—including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by stress-testing and deploying features like Slack AI and Google Gemini.
Build automated release pipelines to streamline operations and enforce strict data governance.
Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
Partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years in software or systems engineering, specifically designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures (e.g., Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Zapier).
Proficiency in Python, Go, AI integration, Agile methodologies, SaaSops, Release Management, RBAC, and Enterprise Tooling Administration.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
