About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for optimizing financial performance through strategic cross-functional partnerships and professional mentorship.
Oversee the administration of the VNDLY platform and manage comprehensive supplier relations.
Lead supplier onboarding initiatives and direct specialized sourcing projects via electronic procurement tools.
Serve as a primary interface with Finance department to streamline vendor disbursements and ensure accuracy of expense accruals.
Validate internal controls within enterprise systems such as Workday.
Advance the Source-to-Pay infrastructure through integration of artificial intelligence and execution of analytical projects designed to evaluate impacts on EBITDA and cash flow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with enterprise systems or similar.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
CPA / MBA Preferred
