Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading the connection between financial strategy and technical execution
Serve as the catalyst to drive AI enablement across the Finance organization
Transform complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence
Manage a high-performing team responsible for data integrity and accessibility
Operationalize a strategic cross-Finance partnership model
Streamline and evolve financial reporting frameworks
Establish reporting frameworks for performance
Drive the roadmap for data accessibility and tech stack modernization
Lead and develop the Financial Reporting and Insights team to deliver on a complex reporting roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of experience in Finance, Data Strategy, or Business Intelligence
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred)
Ability to act as a strategic translator
High degree of curiosity, especially in AI
Technical self-sufficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI platforms
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
Strong leadership presence with experience managing people and prioritizing requests in a fast-paced environment.
