About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape the network vision and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Blend strategy and operations to enhance existing network capabilities.
  • Lead projects and programs, working cross-functionally to size, roadmap, experiment, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, data science, and finance to solve complex business problems.
  • Present strategy and vision to gain alignment with Director/VP+ stakeholders.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs, monitor KPI reporting.
  • Mentor juniors and elevate the analytical rigor of peers and team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or 2+ years in strategy and consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail, consumer-focused e-commerce, or consumer technology environments (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations, briefs, or business cases to drive decisions in cross-functional groups of Director/VPs and above.
  • A track record of individual impact and the ability to drive outcomes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong business acumen and an analytical, process-oriented mindset, and are comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who can create structure in fluid and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders across levels and geographies.
