Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of frontend engineering experience
Demonstrated success building and scaling a unified design system
Proven track record of shipping cross-platform UI components utilizing React or React Native
Deep technical proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling like Storybook and Figma
Experience consolidating fragmented legacy UI patterns into scalable systems
History of driving cross-functional alignment with Design, Product, and Engineering stakeholders
Ability to mentor junior engineers on UI best practices and accessibility standards
