Support the Sales Enablement arm of Shipt Media and work closely with Ad Revenue, Monetization, and Operations teams
Pull, analyze, and define data to create strategic Ad Sales Enablement content that equips the business for growth
Leverage Salesforce and other tools to deliver reporting and dashboards
Pull data to support strategic decision-making on pricing, media tactics, and broader revenue opportunities
Optimize both direct and indirect revenue streams to ensure Shipt Media operates at its fullest potential
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, drive operational efficiencies, and evolve Shipt’s retail media capabilities in a fast-changing marketplace
Requirements
Experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields (e.g., ad operations, ad sales)
Experience with Salesforce, including building and manipulating dashboards, creating new fields, evolving CRM setup, and optimizing workflows to support revenue reporting, budget and finance tracking, order management, and ad execution
Strong SQL skills, particularly for analytics and reporting
Adept at spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
Familiarity with third-party media tools (Criteo, Citrus Ads, Skai, Iterable)
Familiarity with Tableau and/or Thoughtspot
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Curiosity about data and continuous improvement of technical skillsets
