About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value, price perception, sales, margin, and price elasticity.
Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests and partner with cross-functional teams.
Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
Provide key inputs into the development of pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
Partner with Product, Data Science, Partner Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of work experience in retail or relevant business experience with an emphasis in pricing strategy, capabilities, and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution, and analysis in a transformational environment.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Experience with SQL (Postgres and Snowflake)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
