About the role

  • Build dynamic models and perform analyses to guide decision making, support new market entry, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate business opportunities, highlighting strategic value and identifying financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to peers, business partners, and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, investment decisions and development of new capabilities.
  • Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors.
  • Design and standardize workflows and processes to improve team efficiency, including implementation of AI and automation.
  • Develop and present annual financial goal and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead core processes across a hybrid team
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data
