About the role
- Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities, from discovery to delivery
- Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team through best-in-class CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational tooling
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot
- Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility: data completeness, deduplication, field standards, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and ongoing audits
- Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs (pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win/loss, activity metrics, cycle time, forecast accuracy), ensuring a single source of truth for the Sales Country Manager
- Drive pipeline governance: enforce stage definitions, required fields, next steps, close date accuracy, deal review readiness, and consistent sales process adherence
- Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules, SLAs, and task automation to improve speed-to-lead and reduce leakage
- Support forecasting routines: prep weekly forecast views, surface risks, highlight stuck deals, and maintain clean reporting logic
- Create and maintain sales operational playbooks: naming conventions, required fields, how-to guides, and best practices that are easy to follow
- Improve RevTech operations: implement workflows, sequences, meeting links, templates, and automations that reduce manual work for reps
- Act as the first-line support for CRM usage: troubleshoot issues, train the team, and drive adoption of the “right way” to use the system
- Collaborate with Marketing and CS to ensure handoffs are clean (lead → opportunity → onboarding), and definitions are aligned.
