About the role

  • Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities, from discovery to delivery
  • Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team through best-in-class CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational tooling
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot
  • Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility: data completeness, deduplication, field standards, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and ongoing audits
  • Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs (pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win/loss, activity metrics, cycle time, forecast accuracy), ensuring a single source of truth for the Sales Country Manager
  • Drive pipeline governance: enforce stage definitions, required fields, next steps, close date accuracy, deal review readiness, and consistent sales process adherence
  • Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules, SLAs, and task automation to improve speed-to-lead and reduce leakage
  • Support forecasting routines: prep weekly forecast views, surface risks, highlight stuck deals, and maintain clean reporting logic
  • Create and maintain sales operational playbooks: naming conventions, required fields, how-to guides, and best practices that are easy to follow
  • Improve RevTech operations: implement workflows, sequences, meeting links, templates, and automations that reduce manual work for reps
  • Act as the first-line support for CRM usage: troubleshoot issues, train the team, and drive adoption of the “right way” to use the system
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CS to ensure handoffs are clean (lead → opportunity → onboarding), and definitions are aligned.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a SaaS or high-growth environment (RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or CRM Ops)
  • Strong consultative and analytical skills—you can turn questions into measurable dashboards and clear actions
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (or comparable CRM experience) including properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting, permissions, and data governance
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets
  • SQL and BI tooling are a plus
  • Track record of improving CRM hygiene and sales process adoption (required fields, validation rules, stage discipline, dedupe, enrichment)
  • Ability to challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and ship practical solutions
  • Operational mindset: structured, detail-oriented, consistent follow-through, and proactive about issues before they become problems
  • Clear communication and training skills—Sales teams trust you because you make their jobs easier
  • Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with enrichment/routing/automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Zapier/Make) and basic data modeling concepts.
