About the role
- Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities
- Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot
- Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility
- Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs
- Drive pipeline governance
- Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules
- Support forecasting routines
- Create and maintain sales operational playbooks
- Improve RevTech operations
- Act as the first-line support for CRM usage
- Collaborate with Marketing and CS
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a SaaS or high-growth environment (RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or CRM Ops)
- Strong consultative and analytical skills
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise (or comparable CRM experience)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- SQL and BI tooling are a plus
- Track record of improving CRM hygiene and sales process adoption
- Operational mindset: structured, detail-oriented, consistent follow-through
- Clear communication and training skills
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
