About the role

  • Write and publish blog articles (news, guides, educational pieces) with a SEO-first approach.
  • Create daily social content (copy + visuals), including: Posts and captions, Photos and simple graphics, Short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style).
  • Research and track social trends (formats, hooks, creators, editing styles, audios) and turn them into content ideas.
  • Maintain a simple editorial calendar (weekly/monthly) and execute consistently.
  • Repurpose content across formats (e.g., one blog post → multiple posts + one short video).
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Product/Sales to turn insights into clear, engaging stories.
  • Own quality: clarity, tone of voice, grammar, structure, strong headlines and CTAs.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English (clear, correct, easy to read).
  • A “hands-on” attitude: you enjoy creating, testing, publishing, improving — fast.
  • Strong time management and comfort with a daily output pace .
  • Good understanding of SEO basics (keywords, search intent, article structure).
  • Ability to shoot high-quality photos/videos with a smartphone (lighting, framing, audio).
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and their content formats (Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok).
  • Curiosity and discipline to study trends and keep learning.
