Account Executive

• Develop and distribute a comprehensive weekly schedule of planned sales calls.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the existing customer base through regular client visits.
• Drive business growth by securing new opportunities from both new and existing customers.
• Document sales call notes and action items in the CRM system within two business days.
• Coordinate follow-up on sales call action items in collaboration with local staff.
• Analyze customer reports and statistics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage daily email correspondence and phone interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Regularly meet with local managers and the General Manager to review updates on their client base.
• Generate and distribute sales leads to Shipco USA offices and overseas partners.
• Organize and schedule calls and entertainment for corporate and international visitors.

Manager

• Lead and support the LCL Export team across customer service, documentation, and operational functions.
• Oversee staffing, workload allocation, scheduling, and daily task coordination.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure strong team competency and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment with a focus on service excellence.
• Engage directly in selected operational duties, including handling specific trade lanes, load planning, or time-sensitive shipments.
• Support the team during peak volumes, staff absences, or urgent operational issues.
• Maintain working knowledge of all workflow steps, including cargo receipt, HAZ procedures, loading logic, and documentation timing.
• Step in to troubleshoot operational challenges involving carriers, warehouses, agents, or customers.
• Supervise the full export lifecycle, ensuring all shipments meet deadlines, cutoffs, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee documentation accuracy, including BL instructions, manifests, and carrier submissions.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse partners to ensure cargo handling and loading accuracy.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export rules and internal policies.
• Serve as the escalation point for customers, carriers, and internal teams when higher-level involvement is required.
• Ensure communication to customers—such as delays, confirmations, and exceptions—is accurate and timely.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers, agents, vendors, and overseas offices.
• Monitor service levels, productivity, accuracy, and adherence to KPIs.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements in workflow and communication.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term planning, resource allocation, and process standardization.
• Report departmental performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

LCL Export Manager

Accounting Manager

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• In-charge in preparation of payroll.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director.

Customer Support

• Assist customer request for assistance in bookings, quotes, pickups and general transportation related questions.
• Ensure Inland Pickups are followed through, and Inland Transportation agreements are met.
• Reach out to overseas offices and agents for hazardous and other required approvals.
• Trouble shooting between customers and Shipco/Agent offices.
• Ensure that shipments processed are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing for US Export Industry.
• Other duties as assigned.

LCL Export Customer Service Coordinator

• Oversee and develop all trade lanes in and out of the Shipco Asia region
• Conceptualize, lead and manage marketing strategies and sales targets for regional tradelanes
• Visit key markets to investigate operations and local conditions
• Liaise with regional and local sales & marketing teams to evaluate sales opportunities, customer feedback and business observations
• Devise responsive action plans and strategic initiatives to advance Shipco Transport's commercial interests across the region
• Lead a team of tradelane managers to develop and maintain regional share of business for international clients within Asia trade lanes
• Manage relationship with LATAM partners for Asia
• Engage with all sales teams and provide action plans so sales teams can promote and sell trade lane attributes and provide customised solutions
• Lead team to develop a robust pipeline to meet budget and trade lane strategic and financial objectives
• Analyze trade lane market conditions to ensure effective/optimal pricing and service development
• Provide leadership and support to the extended tradelane development team for maintenance and growth of trade lane specific business
• Participate in the integration of new customers through effective engagement with overseas teams
• Lead team to expand services as necessary and stabilise them
• Engage with Product to maintain baseload for the services
• Manage monthly status reporting to management with volume and income variances
