- Build and lead new hire onboarding experiences that shorten ramp time and give new hires the confidence to succeed from day one.
- Design role-specific training programs that “teach to the test,” ensuring team members are prepared for the exact skills and scenarios they’ll face.
- Champion continuous learning through development programs that deepen supply chain expertise and strengthen core capabilities.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge tools that streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.
- Create scalable resources—including playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge libraries—that standardize processes and enable growth.
- Craft compelling talk tracks, communications, and policy documentation to keep the team informed and aligned.
- Partner on customer-facing initiatives by shaping Business Reviews, Success Plans, and consultative content that deliver measurable value.
- Orchestrate team-wide communication through impactful weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings that foster alignment and momentum.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Revenue, and other teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
- Take ownership of additional projects and responsibilities that advance team success and organizational goals.

Requirements
- 6-7+ years of experience in merchant success/revenue enablement or a similar role.
- You’ve worked directly with (or closely alongside) Customer Success teams and understand what it takes to drive engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
- You’re a strategic thinker with a systems mindset. You love creating structure, solving complex problems, and spearheading transformation in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- You have an established track record of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional outcomes for both customers and your organization. Results matter to you, and you know how to make them happen.
- You’re energized by change and thrive in environments where growth is constant. You have a bias toward action and the resilience to keep moving forward when things get challenging.
- Collaboration is second nature. You know how to bring teams together, unlock value across functions, and improve processes that make life easier for everyone.
