Title: Director, Product Management (Merchant Tech) Location: Remote in these states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI Role Description: Spearhead development of product visions and strategies for merchant facing technology product suites; lead product managers; build technologies for product catalog, inventory, orders, distribution, allocation. Reports to the Vice President, Product Management. What you’ll do: Managing a team of seasoned product managers and guiding them through ambiguities to continue growth and development. Building product visions and strategies for global merchant technology stacks. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to deliver enterprise level scalable solutions. Engaging with merchants and external customers to drive alignment on the product roadmap. Translating company OKRs into actions for product managers. Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

  • Possess a profound understanding of retail, e-commerce, and platform software sales. Have an excellent track record of managing product management teams in the domains of e-commerce order management and inventory management. Excel in collaboration, working closely with various internal stakeholders, including Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams. Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting and supply management. Established track record in inventory distribution and movements. In-depth knowledge of inbound supply chain management. Deep understanding of machine learning (ML) and advanced algorithms, and their practical application in supply chain systems. Experience in promising and order allocations.
