Team Leadership: Mentor & coach engineers, foster collaboration, act as technical contact for stakeholders.
Project Management: Translate requirements into user stories, ensure delivery quality, manage risks & dependencies.
Process & Collaboration: Improve workflows, remove blockers, streamline communication between tech & product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional experience in web-development and Single Page Applications (SPA)
2+ years of experience in a lead or senior role with mentoring responsibilities
Expert proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
Strong knowledge of state management libraries (React Query, Redux, etc.)
Experience with Material UI or equivalent UI Framework
Solid understanding of 3rd party API integration and advanced security practices
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks - Jest, Vitest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
Understanding and experience in building and maintaining micro-frontends
Deep understanding of responsive design concepts and their implementation
Experience with Claude Code/Cursor/Windsurf or similar tools
