About the role

  • Technical Leadership: Hands-on coding, setting high standards for quality & design, driving AI/LLM adoption.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor & coach engineers, foster collaboration, act as technical contact for stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Translate requirements into user stories, ensure delivery quality, manage risks & dependencies.
  • Process & Collaboration: Improve workflows, remove blockers, streamline communication between tech & product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in web-development and Single Page Applications (SPA)
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior role with mentoring responsibilities
  • Expert proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
  • Strong knowledge of state management libraries (React Query, Redux, etc.)
  • Experience with Material UI or equivalent UI Framework
  • Solid understanding of 3rd party API integration and advanced security practices
  • Experience with Unit Testing frameworks - Jest, Vitest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
  • Understanding and experience in building and maintaining micro-frontends
  • Deep understanding of responsive design concepts and their implementation
  • Experience with Claude Code/Cursor/Windsurf or similar tools
