About the role
- Develop and execute U.S. communication strategy and plans that convey scientific and medical education and information
- Identify key target audiences and define key messages
- Lead the planning, creation, and execution of the overall U.S. Medical omnichannel strategy
- Manage the budget for all U.S. Scientific Communication activities
- Engage key opinion leaders and external stakeholders to gather medical insights and develop educational materials.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related scientific discipline is required
- Minimum of 12 (Senior Director) / 8 years (Director) years of experience in medical affairs, scientific communication, or related field
- At least 4–6 years in-house experience within a pharmaceutical company
- Demonstrated experience leading publication and data-release impact assessment
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, clinical trial data, and pharmaceutical industry landscape.
