About the role
- Support accurate and compliant multi-state payroll processing
- Review new-hire entries and verify tax setups
- Administers payroll tax activities
- Ensure accuracy of payroll input and output
- Prepare ad-hoc and routine reports
- Resolve payroll tax notices
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
Requirements
- Familiar with all aspects of Core Payroll Concepts and compliance
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience performing payroll
- Clear and detailed understanding of payroll regulations
- Ability to research payroll tax processing resources
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
- High attention to detail
- Must live a commutable distance to Florham Park, NJ
