About the role
- You will provide comprehensive support to the marketing team with daily tasks
- This includes the preparation and follow-up of congress participation and events
- Creating and maintaining event websites as well as various design tasks
- Creating content for our social media channels and event/trade-fair homepages
- Evaluating generated leads and identifying optimization potential together with the marketing team
- Preparing materials for congress participation and ensuring they are delivered to the team on time
- Producing user statistics, reports and presentations for department management
- Planning and filming videos
- Assisting in the planning, coordination and control of projects
Requirements
- Through your studies you have already gained initial knowledge in event marketing, marketing or communications design
- You have strong enthusiasm for event marketing topics and are a team player
- You are motivated by hands-on work across different projects and topics
- Independent thinking and action, as well as a structured way of working, are natural for you
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
- Basic knowledge of Adobe programs would be helpful
- Initial experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and prompt writing
