About the role

  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing management reporting and business analyses to support corporate management
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management
  • Analyze purchasing and cost structures and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support process optimization and digitalization projects
  • Reconcile and validate data quality with internal interfaces such as Sales, Purchasing and Controlling
  • Document and maintain relevant data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to further develop the area of responsibility and implement improvement measures

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on Controlling, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Enjoy working with Excel
  • Proficient in creating analyses and dashboards
  • Ideally experienced with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • High initiative and strong team spirit
  • Confident communication with internal stakeholders in German
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of working with AI technologies
