About the role

  • Develop and execute high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints (website, campaigns, social, performance marketing, events, print).
  • Create motion graphics and animations that bring our brand story to life.
  • Support major initiatives such as conferences and large-scale marketing activations.
  • Translate business objectives into clear visual concepts that solve real problems.
  • Ensure strict brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design stakeholders.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests while planning and preparing for long-term initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including printers and production vendors.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our brand system.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker with fluent English.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Brand Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, campaigns, and motion work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and standard design tools.
  • Strong motion design and animation skills.
  • Excellent eye for typography, hierarchy, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
  • Structured, autonomous working style.
  • Curious mindset
  • Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests without losing strategic focus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present design decisions with a compelling narrative.
