About the role
- Develop and execute high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints (website, campaigns, social, performance marketing, events, print).
- Create motion graphics and animations that bring our brand story to life.
- Support major initiatives such as conferences and large-scale marketing activations.
- Translate business objectives into clear visual concepts that solve real problems.
- Ensure strict brand consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design stakeholders.
- Manage ad-hoc requests while planning and preparing for long-term initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, including printers and production vendors.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our brand system.
Requirements
- Native French speaker with fluent English.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Brand Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, campaigns, and motion work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and standard design tools.
- Strong motion design and animation skills.
- Excellent eye for typography, hierarchy, and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Structured, autonomous working style.
- Curious mindset
- Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests without losing strategic focus.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present design decisions with a compelling narrative.
