About the role
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and KPIs.
- Assist with annual budget and forecast processes, including data validation and reporting.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis projects, ROI calculations, and reporting requests from business units.
- Collaborate with other finance and accounting teams to answer questions and provide support as needed.
- Efficiently analyze and synthesize large sets of financial data to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
