About the role
- Own and execute the roadmap for SAMI and first-party and partner integrations (e.g., ScheduleX, Maple, Stafflion).
- Lead API design, data flow mapping, and technical execution with a small, dedicated engineering team.
- Partner with Sales and external stakeholders, joining customer and partner conversations to ensure integrations meet real market needs.
- Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and ensure delivery against measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate ecosystem opportunities and recommend new integration categories to strengthen ShiftKey’s platform advantage.
- Manage and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market readiness and accelerate adoption of new integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, B2B SaaS, or platform products.
- Comfort with Postman-type tools and reading/writing API specifications.
- Proven track record of technical execution with small, dedicated teams.
- Experience in partner-facing roles (sales support, external partnerships).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps that foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
