About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Design and execute scalable SaaS sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels
- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
- Establish clear KPIs and performance standards, ensuring team accountability and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the customer journey
- Identify market opportunities and refine positioning to drive competitive advantage
- Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development
- Implement and optimize CRM and sales tools to enhance team productivity and reporting
Requirements
- Must-have: Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
- Excellent leadership skills with a coaching-first, empowering leadership style
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
