About the role
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials for print, digital, social media, and web.
- Lead design projects and take ownership of VIP/C‑Suite level deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions.
- Support and work closely with the Creative Services Director on large projects/initiatives.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Work with and mentor junior designers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Shape the visual identity of the brand and report to the Director of Creative Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proven good judgment and proactive decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
