Shift4 is expanding globally and hiring a key Staff Product Manager - Loyalty.
You'll own loyalty for our SkyTab POS - both building native capabilities that smaller restaurants can use out of the box, and ensuring seamless integrations with the third-party loyalty providers that larger customers already depend on.
Your job is to make the experience delightful regardless of what's happening behind the scenes.
You'll need to understand both worlds deeply—what makes a great loyalty program, and how to build integrations that don't feel bolted-on.
The right individual will be a builder, not a coordinator, with autonomy to move forward, gathering input, making decisions and shipping out the product.
Requirements
5+ years as a product manager, with at least 2 years in loyalty, restaurant tech, POS, payments, or hospitality SaaS.
You've designed or managed loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or retention products that people actually used.
Experience working with partner integrations or third-party ecosystems (you know the difference between building for yourself vs. building for others to build on).
You can explain complex product concepts to both engineers and restaurant owners who don't care about your terminology.
You've built roadmaps that shipped on time and delivered measurable value.
You're comfortable presenting to executives and explaining why loyalty drives business outcomes.
