About the role
- Validate end-to-end user experiences across web, mobile, email, and CRM touchpoints for visual accuracy, content correctness, and functional behavior
- QA Adobe Target experiments and personalization experiences, ensuring correct targeting, rendering, and fallbacks across devices and browsers
- Review and validate nurture campaigns (e.g., Marketo) for layout, links, personalization tokens, and delivery logic
- Test form submissions, lead capture, and CRM handoffs to ensure correct field mapping, validation, and user flows
- Partner with marketing, UX, and content teams to certify releases against acceptance criteria prior to launch
- Write test cases based on functional requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience testing within Adobe EDS, Target, Marketo, Jira
- Self-directed, able to manage their own work/time
- Able to work remotely preferably within the US overlapping with CST time zone
- Can speak to clients as part of a team to discuss issues
- Possesses high level of critical thinking; “thinks beyond the work order” and raises questions when something is missing or looks off
