Requirements

10+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, or data engineering roles
Extensive experience leading VP & C-Suite level technical discussions
Must be comfortable leading discovery workshops, requirements working sessions, and technical pre-sales demos
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and leading teams through Agile and/or waterfall development lifecycles
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce tools
Deep understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and customer 360 architecture
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities within marketing and data platforms
Strong background in API design, data contracts, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
