About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive top-of-funnel for our prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business
- Own content, community, and lead generation
- Building the Shift brand on X and Reddit
- Owning our social and written content calendar
- Work directly with our sales and partnerships team to turn signal into pipeline
- Help set the standard for how we build our brand as we scale
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Default fluency with AI tools as part of how you work. Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Zapier, or equivalents
- You should be able to show us at least one thing you've built or shipped using these tools
- A public writing voice
- Real curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and the future of trading infrastructure
- You don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences
