About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own discovery and delivery for defined product surfaces within the prediction-markets platform, from spec through launch.
Work with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features on a predictable cadence.
Talk directly to prediction-market operator clients to gather feedback and translate it into prioritized requirements.
Track competitor moves in prediction markets and translate them into product implications.
Build and operate AI-assisted workflows for spec-writing, competitor tracking, and user-feedback synthesis using tools like Claude and n8n.
Define and track success metrics for your surfaces; report on them to product leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–3 years of experience, ideally including some exposure to product, engineering, analytics, or a highly analytical operating role.
Default fluency with AI tools as part of how you work — Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or equivalents.
Show us one thing you've built or shipped using these tools.
Structured thinking — you can break an ambiguous problem into a clear spec.
Real curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure.
Comfortable working directly with engineers and reading enough of a spec or schema to have an informed conversation.
Based in NYC or surrounds.
