About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets’ client network
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts
  • Present Shift Markets’ full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto, TradFi, and FX markets
  • Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM
  • Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
  • Established network of contacts in brokerages, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.)
  • Previous experience working within an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, Payment Processor, or Crypto-native entity
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
