About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
- Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules
- Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges
- Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues
- Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
- 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT Certification (highly valued)
- 5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently
