About the role
- Support the planning and execution of Talent Management programs such as succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program materials, communication plans, timelines, and tracking tools.
- Assist in the creation of training content, resources, and job aids.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, learning sessions, and leadership programs.
- Maintain program data, dashboards, SharePoint sites, and documentation.
- Serve as the main Talent/HR liaison for all ERGs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support ERG leaders with planning, governance, communication, and execution of events and initiatives, budget tracking, and program documentation.
- Coordinate cross‑ERG collaboration, annual planning cycles, and recognition processes.
- Provide tools, templates, and resources to empower ERG leaders in facilitating meaningful programming.
- Own the administration of the employee engagement tool (e.g., surveys, dashboards, action-planning modules, reporting).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute engagement surveys and listening strategies.
- Analyze engagement data to identify insights and trends; prepare reports and presentations for leaders.
- Track follow-up actions to strengthen engagement and improve employee experience.
- Train leaders and users on platform functionality and engagement best practices.
- Provide scheduling, coordination, and project support for the Talent Management team.
- Develop and streamline processes, templates, and internal communication to improve team efficiency.
- Help manage the department budget, vendor invoicing, and contracts as needed.
- Support HR events and enterprise culture initiatives (e.g., recognition programs, culture-building activities).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, employee experience, DEI, or program coordination.
- Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, HR/engagement platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience supporting ERGs, DEI initiatives, or employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, survey tools, or HR talent systems.
- Experience in a corporate environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
