About the role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-function sales team spanning new business acquisition, account management, and solution sales roles****
- Drive team performance through structured coaching, goal setting, and ongoing accountability measures****
- Manage and monitor KPIs aligned to organizational growth objectives****
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and performance frameworks****
- Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and contribute to company-level revenue planning****
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment on growth initiatives****
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and vCIO resources to support complex solution selling cycles****
- Provide leadership support to solution-focused sales specialists who serve niche markets****
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and forecast reporting****
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members****
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems****
Requirements
- Proven success as a sales manager with a track record of team growth and performance, and a clear readiness to operate at a director level****
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM****
- Proven ability to implement performance management frameworks and scalable sales processes****
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills****
- Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically, with an appetite to grow into broader organizational leadership****
- MSP or IT services industry experience strongly preferred****
