Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build, maintain, and scale financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Analyze data trends to develop business insights and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership
• Partner closely with Program Management and Aircraft Ops teams to provide financial support on program health, spend trends, and headcount planning
• Develop reporting cadences and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance using tools like Power BI and Excel
• Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close process, including variance analysis and executive reporting
• Assist with financial operational planning cycles, business reviews, and investment decision-making processes
• Support data transformation initiatives and basic modeling efforts in collaboration with analytics or data engineering teams
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying automation and efficiency opportunities within financial reporting and analysis
• Partner with inventory and supply chain teams to monitor material movement, usage, and cost trends
• Collaborate with program managers to monitor actuals vs. plan, flag risks/opportunities, and support EAC (Estimate at Completion) updates
• Ensure financial alignment of day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals through regular operational reviews and ad hoc analysis

Lead Program Finance

Security Engineer

• Own the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of endpoint security tooling (EDR/ETR/EPP, host-based controls, hardening frameworks).
• Design and enforce security configuration baselines across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Build and manage configuration enforcement mechanisms (Ansible-based or similar) to detect and remediate drift on endpoints, particularly Linux systems.
• Develop automation to deploy endpoint agents and security tooling, apply role/group/system-type specific configurations, continuously re-apply or enforce desired-state configurations.
• Partner on RBAC design and implementation for endpoint and server access.
• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to integrate endpoint security with identity and access controls, server and workstation provisioning pipelines, incident response and detection workflows.
• Write and maintain code and infrastructure that supports endpoint security enforcement (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible; Terraform as applicable).
• Help define and document endpoint security standards, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
• Serve as a technical voice for endpoint security decisions, tradeoffs, and future roadmap planning.

Senior Cyber Engineer, Security Endpoint

• Serve as the product security lead and ISSM for operational autonomous aircraft platforms.
• Own and guide RMF activities, including ATO packages, ongoing authorization, and customer security engagements
• Translate security and compliance requirements into product-appropriate, technically sound controls
• Partner closely with systems, software, hardware, and platform engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Evaluate the security impact and operational tradeoffs of design decisions
• Support government and customer audits, assessments, and security reviews
• Contribute to the maturation of product security and compliance practices across Shield AI
