About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global strategy, execution, and operational excellence of enterprise business systems.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Enterprise Applications.
- Establish multi-year transformation strategies for ERP, HRIS, CRM, and enterprise data platforms.
- Own enterprise integration strategy, including APIs and middleware.
- Oversee operational ownership and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms.
- Define enterprise application architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing enterprise applications and architecture teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT or business systems, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing Enterprise Applications or equivalent functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP, HRIS, CRM, and enterprise platform teams in complex, regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in enterprise integration architectures (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
- Strong understanding of data platforms, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise analytics ecosystems.
- Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Proven experience managing large SaaS and enterprise software vendor portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with budget ownership and cost optimization experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner with executives and cross-functional leaders.
