Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate project kickoff, status/stand-up, and closeout meetings, maintaining a professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.
Track project progress and manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up, accountability, and resolution.
Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines and objectives.
Build, maintain, and optimize workflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end-to-end execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience as a project manager (or related experience).
Experience supporting Marketing, Operations, or IT projects is a plus.
Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within the first year in the role.
Ability to travel 10%.
